The buyer can pay for the ordered product:
– by payment to the account (payment via money order or internet/mobile banking to the account)
– credit cards
– via PayPal service
– cash on delivery (cash payment upon collection) – exclusively for the territory of the Republic of Croatia,
which is decided upon when ordering.
PAYMENT VIA PAYMENT ORDER OR INTERNET OR MOBILE BANKING TO ACCOUNT
After creating an order, the system will generate an offer for you to pay. You will receive payment instructions by e-mail.
You make the payment via internet or mobile banking or a general payment order.
Use the order number in the reference number field.
Please also use the order number in the payment description.
The order is processed when the payment is visible on our account. After a visible payment, your order starts to be made, and upon completion of the production, we pack and send it.
We will send you an invoice for your purchase in electronic form via e-mail.
SECURITY OF CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
The confidentiality of your data is protected and ensured using the latest version of TLS encryption. Online payment pages are secured using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is the process of encrypting data to prevent unauthorized access during its transmission.
This enables safe transfer of information and prevents unauthorized access to data during communication between the user's computer and the WebPay service, and vice versa.
The WebPay service and financial institutions exchange data using a virtual private network (VPN), which is protected from unauthorized access.
Monri Payment Gateway is certified according to the PCI DSS Level 1 security standard prescribed by Visa and Mastercard rules.
The merchant does not store credit card numbers and the numbers are not accessible to unauthorized persons.
PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL SERVICE

PAYMENT BY CASH ON DELIVERY
Payment by cash or card (if GLS offers this option) upon delivery of the order.
Please prepare the exact amount of cash for the GLS courier if possible.
